Footscray is without a doubt up and coming. There is some huge potential for the hipster wave and under 30's yuppies to move out West and I guess that's what St Jeromes creator and now owner of Back Alley Sally's is counting on. They already have a tasty pizza joint Splice Girls and now there is a huge warehouse conversion bar upstairs/5(36).

Back Alley Sally is exactly as the name depicts - in a back alley. The place is split in two levels; slice girls west pizza and kitchen downstairs (there was a cute kids party happening when I was there) and upstairs, a cool large bar which has ample seating for groups couples and singles alike/5(6).

Abandoned multi-level warehouse turned westside watering hole, Back Alley Sally's is offering Footscray a great place to drink, eat and play - all without the hassle of commuting to the city for that cheeky post-work drink, night out, or casual hang with mates.

"Long Tall Sally" is a rock and roll song written by Robert "Bumps" Blackwell, Enotris Johnson, and Little Richard. Richard recorded it for Specialty Records, which released it as a single in March , backed with "Slippin' and Slidin'".. The single reached number one on the Billboard rhythm and blues chart, staying at the top for six of 19 weeks, while peaking at number six on the pop chart.
